The story of Beerded Dog Brewing Co. began with a shared passion for craft beer. In 2018, a home brewing kit was purchased on a whim, sparking a journey into the world of brewing, and the rest is history
Eventually, the dream of opening a microbrewery became a reality. As fate would have it, a building in Harrow, Ontario, came up for sale. A beautiful location with a storied history—what was not to like?
The idea quickly came into fruition and The Beerded Dog expanded into a full restaurant. The Beerded Dog aims to support growth in the community that supported them. A clean, cozy, and family friendly restaurant where all are welcome - from the experienced beer drinker to the casual night out - and an environment where everyone knows your name. They believe in buying and supporting local as well as working hard to make people happy and feel welcome. Beers are rotated often and pair well with their delicious pub-style cuisine.
Owner Kim is a former coffee shop owner and a passionate supporter of rescue dogs, sharing life with two beloved pups, Joy and Ivy, who inspired the Beerded Dog name! Dedicated to Kim’s children, Mitchell, Sammy and Ashley, and their fur babies.
